When she’s not looking after our team and service delivery, she’s a globetrotting adventurer and proud rescue cat mum.
Amie’s been with AR since 2014, bringing energy, product know-how, and an eye for aesthetic trends. When she’s not expertly handling patient enquiries, she’s hitting the gym, chasing her spirited four-year-old, or perfecting her uncanny accents – especially after a cheeky prosecco!
Anne helped lay the gold-standard foundation for customer service excellence. Her extensive experience as a successful clinic owner, combined with her wonderful positivity, and deep care for the team remain a lasting legacy woven into AR’s DNA. Ann loved life, especially the people who found their way into hers!
AR’s first-ever call handler turned MD, Carla has seen it all since day one in 2011. Having developed her extensive knowledge from a front-line role she now drives growth and operations with wide ranging skills, and natural, warm leadership all combined with a competitive swimmer’s discipline – yes, she once swam at national level!
Our systems wizard, Emma ensures your clinic’s CRM, payment portals, and lead workflows sync perfectly with Aesthetic Response’s operations. Her detail-driven approach means every enquiry, payment, and appointment is handled flawlessly – behind the scenes and with expert finesse. Off-duty, she’s a planner-loving creative who balances her passions for tech and DIY, with spending time with her little ones!
Gilly co-founded Aesthetic Response in 2011, a true people-first leader, she’s passionate about nurturing talent and building a culture where team members thrive. Outside the office, she’s a proud nana, and is affectionately known as “crazy auntie Gilly” thanks to a few things that will remain undisclosed!
Since 2021, Ian has brought customer care excellence and calm professionalism to the AR team. He’s a real gent who knows aesthetic treatments and how to design a website—when he’s not fishing, gardening, or hanging with his dog Buddy.
Jess joined in 2023, diving headfirst into the dynamic world of aesthetics she thrives on variety and great teamwork. She is great at encouraging those valuable new enquirers to book in for consultations! She’s a long-walk enthusiast, who has Billy Joel lyrics memorised word for word.
Jo’s been with AR since the early days and wears many hats – from operations to client experience she always with a finger on the pulse of the business. When she’s not supporting the team or clients, she’s out gardening, pub-walking Yorkshire trails, or dancing in “Pammie’s Palace,” her magical garden retreat.
Katie brings sparkle and warmth to every patient call. Having spent 9 years in Dubai, working in high end customer service roles Katie brings a wealth of experience to her role. She has travelled all over the world but now loves nothing more than walking her dog and catching up with friends.
Kay joined AR in April 2022 and quickly became a valued team player, drawn in by the supportive, family culture. With a background in Sports Science and Coaching, she’s brought fresh energy and quickly mastered the aesthetic world. When she’s not navigating enquiries, she’s staying active and cheering on her son from the side-lines, balancing life and work with real enthusiasm.
Since 2023, Kylie has been helping clinics run smoothly with expert diary management and a calm, friendly voice. She loves helping out with social media and has a great eye for detail. Kylie balances work with family adventures, baking sessions, and a love of Chinese food!
Lauren joined AR in 2019 and has grown into a confident, capable voice for both patients and practitioners. With a natural flair for handling even the trickiest calls, she brings calm, clarity, and care to every interaction. Outside of work, she’s a proud mum, a keen baker, and a netball competitor who plays life like a team sport.
Lucy joined AR in 2023 and quickly found her stride navigating CRMs and patient bookings. A homebody with a passion for nails, new restaurants, and dog walks with Eddie and Dave, she is sunshine, bringing calm and capability to every call and conversation.
When Victoria joined us she hit the ground running, thriving on the fast pace and variety that each day at AR brings. Her confidence has grown with every call, thanks to a supportive team and a natural knack for multitasking and staying cool under pressure. Off duty, she loves relaxing with a good book or going for a swim.
