Busying themselves looking after your calls is the easy bit for our frontline team. Gathering them all together away from the phones is much more challenging, we're working on having a team photo, hopefully coming soon.
Recruited from sectors known for exceptional customer service, our team have been carefully selected and trained to a high standard you'd be impressed by at interview. The great thing is that we've done the hard work for you. With genuinely warm and empathetic personalities, our team have all those important qualities, knowledge and experience to be able to look after your calls as you would yourself. Whether a new patient interested in fillers or body sculpting, a lost patient coming to you for the first time or someone with a before or after treatment concern, the team will calmly walk your patients through their needs and any concerns.
Our advisors will soon slip into your practice rythmn promoting your clinic, and offers, navigating around your diary, booking and changing appointments, taking deposits and caring for your patients as they would if they were sat in your clinic. Usually, around five advisors will front your calls with other team members there to back you up.

Bright and bubbly Kimberley, our Team Operations Manager, is sunshine in our office! She has been with us for over 6 years, originally starting as a Patient Advisor, there is nothing that Kimberley doesn't know about aesthetic call handling and booking appointments. Kimberley's expertise combined with her leadership skills ensures that all our patient advisors are well equipped and supported to manage your calls at all times.

Also with us for over 5 years, Michael our Client Care Manager, loves looking after our clinics. In this very fast moving sector, Michael's boundless enthusiasm, energy and determination for keeping fully up to date with clinic life and aesthetic change is impressive. As your first port of call Michael can tell you more about us, guide and support you through set-up and once up and running will manage your clinic policies, updates and changes day to day to ensure all runs smoothly.

Again with us for over 6 years Emma, our Technology Manager, has an insatiable appetite for IT, which is just as well given the many different online diaries and payment gateways available to aesthetic practices. Emma too started out on the phones and knows all the ins and outs of what we do. Combined with her IT qualifications and love for rising to any challenge, with the most can do approach, Emma with the support of our security specialists keeps us, and you, open for business longer. If you're thinking about a new diary or would like tips on organising your diary appointments Emma is only ever a call away.

Carla, our Compliance Director, has been with us from the earliest days, helping to build and turn the wheels. Thinking the business was all about exceptional customer service she soon discovered otherwise. Carla has more or less written the A-Z manual for aesthetic call handling and management. You can be sure Carla will have all your, compliance, training and quality standard requirements covered.

Gilly's foresight and determination has established us as the dedicated 'Go to' call handling support service for clinics. As Managing Director her finger is firmly on the aesthetic pulse whilst still in tune with every minute of our daily call handling, her attention to quality and getting the best outcomes never waivers, it's both a passion and an obsession!

Supporting Gilly at the helm, Jo's many years in client facing management positions made her the ideal partner to help grow our fledgling support service. With no one else out there doing what we do, it's been a steep learning curve and a longstanding friendship has played its part along the way and through the ups and downs.
