It’s certainly been a challenging time for the sector and as of yet there is no visibility on anything that resembles the ‘old normal’.

It's certainly been a challenging time for the sector and as of yet there is no visibility on anything that resembles the 'old normal'.
Over the last few weeks we've taken time to take stock of where we are now in terms of the service we're currently offering valued clients, looking at protocols, current call levels, bookings, new enquiry rates and treatment portfolios. We're wondering if we'll see the usual seasonal trend of an uplift in bookings as the kids go back to school and we move into the Autumn, then of course the run up to Christmas- without doubt there is still a lot of unknowns.
A number of clients have been speaking to us about their plans and have shared their thoughts on the support they've received throughout the last few months from our team here at AR and the lifeline that we've provided them. The underlying thread has been about the certainty and reliability we've given them in a time of great uncertainty and worry. We're delighted that our support has been so invaluable to their businesses and has ensured that they're open again for their clients, and as the MD here at AR I can say wholeheartedly that I'm immensely proud of our dedicated team who have maintained high service levels over the last few months.
