We are continuing with our Meet Our Team blog series and this week we would like to introduce Jade Lyons. Since joining us almost 4 years ago as a Patient Care Advisor, Jade has taken on a second role managing our client updates. Let's hear what she has to say

Hi I'm Jade, I'm 27 and I am a Patient Care Advisor here at AR.

Before I came to AR in 2017 I worked as a support worker, working with the elderly people in my community. This gave me the skills to be compassionate and understanding of people from all walks of life and has really helped me develop my customer service skills.

Here at Aesthetic Response, as well as being a Patient Care Advisor, I also work behind the scenes updating our database with all the information or changes to treatments, pricing and clinic protocols to make sure our team have the most up to date information so we can continue to provide the best support possible to our clients. This is extremely important to me and gives us the tools to work seamlessly alongside our clinics.

Outside of work I love going for long walks with my partner and our dog, Jonjo and spending time with family. Since the lockdown I've also developed more of a love for cooking and working from home has meant more time to experiment with recipes, my partner Rowan likes to comment that it's like living in a hotel!
