On the 19th of June, AR attended the Facial Aesthetic Conference and Exhibition, with Gilly Dickons delivering a talk in the early afternoon about why clinic front of house staff need telephone enquiry handling skills and training and what the training should cover.

Gilly used a dynamic presentation to address the delegates and to discuss the key skills areas in which staff should be trained. The presentation prompted many questions; Gilly and Pam Underdown of Aesthetic Business Transformations went on to hold an extended Q&A session to further expand on their talks to share with practitioners, clinic owners and practice managers their expertise on lead generation through Video Marketing (Pam), and new enquiry and patient call handling for increased levels of consultation bookings and patient retention.

Such lively and engaged exchanges went on to result in many new connections being made.
