A major event of the year for the aesthetics industry took place the 6th and 7th of October in The Grand Hall, Olympia, London. This year AR hosted a stand within the Practice Management Expo; the perfect spot for networking. Thank you to so many of our lovely clients for their wonderful feedback and to industry peers for their referrals.

Our 'Purple Phone' made its debut! It was also a fantastic opportunity for us to engage with potential new clients by demonstrating what AR does and how we do it, using extracts from real AR New Patient Enquiry Call recordings. A great success, in being able to show off our skills of being able to make new patient consultation appointments for busy aesthetic nurses, doctors and expanding clinics.

Thank you to Allergan and Dr Brian Franks, both covered the importance of trained call handlers and a great customer service experience for patients at all times, not just in the consultation and treatment room.

Business reputation is often defined by customer service experiences; additionally, a clinic's reputation can be hugely affected by other factors; Julia Kendrick of Kendrick PR Consulting and Norman Wright of The Wright Initiative, both members of the ABN, also discussed measures to enhance and protect your business reputation.

As well as this, we had the chance to meet up with other ABN members and watched their talks and panel discussions. We can't wait for next year's event!
