Gilly Dickons attended the Glasgow Conference on the 6th of May with the Aesthetics Business Network as part of the business agenda.
The ABN held an intensive one day workshop designed to help practitioners grow their business. Discussions were in light of the new regulations imposed on Scottish practitioners, with the ABN explaining and advising on how to work with these new guidelines.
Gilly's talk was about the continuity of patient care and the importance of communication. She talked about how failure to differentiate your practice on the telephone will likely lose you valuable new patient bookings. She also discussed how effectively promoting your HIS clinic registration when new enquirers call will be key to gaining new patient consultations in a very competitive market place.
The day proved incredibly successful and practitioners left feeling well informed and enthusiastic.
